This guarantee commences on 1 April 2023, at 9 am Melbourne, Australia time* (subject to change). This applies to new students enrolling with The BA Practice from 1 April 2023 onwards.
​
The BA Practice offers a 100% Success or Refund Guarantee for the IIBA courses we provide, e.g., ECBA, CCBA, and CBAP.
The student must meet the prequalification criteria as follows:

Start with enrolling in a course with The BA Practice:

Must enrol in the course provided by The BA Practice;
-
Must attend the entire course provided by The BA Practice; and
-
Must take the enrolled course examination. For example:

Eligible scenario 1: The student enrols in the CBAP course with The BA Practice, so the student must sit the CBAP exam with the IIBA.

Ineligible scenario 1: The student enrols in the CBAP course with The BA Practice, but the student sits the ECBA exam with the IIBA.

Ineligible scenario 2: The student enrols in a course (e.g., ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) with another course provider. Still, the student takes the mock exams from The BA Practice before sitting the exam with the IIBA.

Mock Examination System - The BA Practice:

Must use the Mock Examination System provided by The BA Practice;

Must seek access to the Mock Examination System within three months from the completion date. Note: Access to the MES for 30 days' is free for the BA Practice course participants when access is granted in this three-month period;

Must pass each chapter-based simulation at least twice with 75% or above marks consecutively, excluding Flashcards and Match the Following; and
-
Must pass each course-based simulation at least thrice with 75% or above marks consecutively, excluding Flashcards and Match the Following.

Current IIBA Membership and Exam Application

The student must be a current member of the IIBA from enrolling in the course with The BA Practice until passing the exam. The BA Practice may require the student to show this as evidence; and
-
The student must have a current application. For example, the student cannot claim the guarantee if the first exam application lapsed/expired, and now there is a subsequent application.

Communicate with The BA Practice:

The student must communicate with The BA Practice within two calendar days of booking the second attempt and provide evidence that the exam is successfully booked; and
-
The student must communicate the exam result with The BA Practice within two calendar days after sitting the exam. The BA Practice will require official results as evidence.

Take the exam within five months from the completion of the enrolled course.

The guarantee will lapse if:
-
The student does NOT sit the exam with the IIBA for any reason; ​

The student changes the exam dates with the IIBA for any reason;
-
The student has not prepared their environment when sitting the online exam, e.g., Internet issues, firewall issues, system compatibility issues, background noise, or anything else that prevents the student from concentrating on the exam; and
-
The student is caught having carried out any misconduct.

Note: The student must meet all the criteria to qualify for the 100% Success or Refund guarantee provided by The BA Practice.
