With a price protection guarantee, you can claim the difference back on a purchase if you find the same item at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase on our website. While you must meet certain conditions set out by the policy, this can help you avoid losing out when courses go on sale or see the course offered for less at The BA Practice. Either way, you avoid losing out, thanks to the refund provided by The BA Practice price protection guarantee.

Sometimes referred to as a price protection guarantee, price drop guarantee or shopper’s protection guarantee, a price protection guarantee is a form of insurance coverage often included within the complimentary suite of courses The BA Practice offers.

How does The BA Practice Price Protection Guarantee work?

A price protection guarantee is designed to prevent course participants from losing out if they see an item they purchased from The BA Practice cheaper at a later time. 

​

Like For Like: If you want to make a claim, the item you found at a lower price must be the same as the item you purchased. That means it must have the same course, course timeframe type, e.g., weekend or weekday; course delivery type, e.g., virtual or face-to-face, course currency, e.g., AUD vs NZD; purchase mode, e.g., online vs over the phone, and early-bird vs regular course booking.

Location: Regarding the area, the two items must be in the exact location. As an example, a course participant from New Zealand cannot claim for a cheaper-priced course offered in Australia and vice versa.

Timeframe: Claims are to be made up to 30 days after your initial purchase date (not to be confused with your course start date). Beyond this, your claim will not be accepted.

Cost: The BA Practice will only refund the amount difference, e.g., if you purchased the ECBA course at AUD 899 and within 30 days of your purchase, The BA Practice dropped the price to AUD 799, then you are eligible to claim up to AUD 100.

Proof: When making a claim, you will typically have to provide evidence of the advertised item at a lower cost.

Early-bird booking: An early-bird pricing can only be compared with another. Early-bird course bookings aim to allow the participants to enrol at a discounted price. For transparency, all courses with an early-bird booking will be advertised on The BA Practice website.

Exclusions: Any discounts given due to PBG and the claim must be for an advertised price (like for like).

We say it is worth it! With this guarantee, you can have extra peace of mind that you are paying for the value you deserve, and The BA Practice is confident about the advertised price for the services we provide.
