At The BA Practice, we are serious about what we do and the quality of services we offer to all our participants. This is the place to be if you want to ensure that you enrol in a guaranteed-to-run course. You can remove any doubts from your mind about rocking up to a class and finding out that it is not running as per the schedule.

Facts about The BA Practice: 

​

1. There has NOT been a single instance where The BA Practice has cancelled or re-scheduled any participant-booked session.

2. The BA Practice is committed to providing top-notch services to all participants. We run our courses even with one participant.

With Guaranteed-to-Run (GTR) courses, you can be assured that the system and your enrolment are confirmed when full payment is made to us successfully.

GTR exclusions: 

​

1. Any student cancellations, postponements, and no-shows will be considered consumed. Payments made are non-refundable.

2. Enrolments will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis, and all classes are subject to seat availability.

3. In an unlikely scenario where an equal number or most participants of a booked-session vote to postpone a session, then GTR will not be applicable. The trainer will make the final call based on the situation, irrespective of the number of participant votes. 

4. Rare events like earthquakes, floods, political instability, trainer's ill-health 

5. Cancellations/postponements by The BA Practice when there is no participant booking
